The Truths That Set You Free series grew from a conviction that many of the struggles believers experience in their Christian lives arise not simply from a lack of effort, but from an incomplete understanding of what God has already accomplished through Jesus Christ. Questions about salvation, assurance, spiritual identity, purpose, and Christian living are often treated as separate concerns, yet Scripture reveals that they are deeply connected. Each book in this series approaches a particular dimension of these truths while returning to the same essential foundation: the sufficiency of Jesus Christ and the believer’s relationship with Him.
The series begins with the recognition that salvation is not a cooperative achievement between Christ and the sinner, but the gracious work of God accomplished through His Son. From that foundation, the believer is invited to understand the new identity established through union with Christ, the security of that relationship, and the spiritual inheritance that accompanies it. These truths are not intended to remain abstract theological propositions. They provide the basis for understanding Christian purpose, confronting the struggles of the mind and heart, and learning to live in a manner consistent with what God has declared to be true.
Although the books may be read individually and in any order, together they present a unified approach to the Christian life. Rather than urging believers to establish their worth through greater religious performance, they encourage readers to discover what has already been given through Christ and to allow that understanding to shape their obedience, spiritual growth, and daily walk with God. The objective is not to diminish the importance of discipleship, but to place discipleship upon its proper foundation: a life lived in response to the grace and truth of Jesus Christ.
